I have been in the customer service realm for more than a decade, I am bilingual and Spanish-speaking, and I am licensed in property, casualty, life, and health. Since joining the insurance industry, my experience has been wrought with successes and failures, but those cannot compare to the feeling of helping my customers prepare for the unexpected. Helping families be protected from the unforeseen, is my personal mission.
I am originally from the Daytona Beach, FL, area and was raised in Oklahoma City, OK, in my adolescent years. I later found myself moving to the Chester, VA, area to be closer to my family. I have been here now for about 13 years.
My passion is making the world a better place for my children as well as I can. Cooking, to make them fluffy "J/K", and enjoying the great outdoors: I am a simple person with my own uniqueness who loves to laugh and make others smile with my terrible jokes and strange sense of humor. I do tend to nerd out at times, depending on the topic, and I have been told I am a great listener.
